How long is the call?
Thirty minutes, which is usually enough to work out whether there is something worth doing and what it would involve.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly what the business does, what is currently painful about the accounting, and when you need it sorted.
Is this a sales call?
It is a conversation about whether we can help. If we cannot, or if what you need is smaller than an engagement, we will say so on the call rather than send a proposal anyway.
